- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and place on a baking tray.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over both sides and rub the garlic clove over both sides.
- Sprinkle both sides with the grated cheese. Top with the tomato, onion and sprinkle with black pepper, dried oregano, chili flakes, paprika powder and curry powder.
- Bake the baguette in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Before serving, spread a little arugula over the baguette.
TIP: It is also nice to add cubes of pepper and/or pieces of olive.
TIP: you can also add slices of ham and/or salami.
