Ingredients

  • 500 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 10-15 basil leaves, chopped
  • ½ clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Halve the tomatoes and put them in a bowl
  2. Add the basil, garlic and red onion
  3. Mix the red wine vinegar with the olive oil to make a dressing and pour over the tomatoes
  4. Toss everything together and season with pepper and a little salt
