Ingredients: ; 3 medium tomatoes, chopped; 12 fresh basil leaves, chopped; 3 tablespoons of olive oil; 12 thick slices of baguette (stale); 2 cloves garlic, halved; 50 g shaved Parmesan cheese; 

Bruchetta with Oishitom tomatoes, basil and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

3 medium tomatoes, chopped
12 fresh basil leaves, chopped
3 tablespoons of olive oil
12 thick slices of baguette (stale)
2 cloves garlic, halved
50 g shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Place the tomato pieces in a bowl and stir in the basil strips, olive oil and some salt and pepper.
Toast the slices of bread until golden brown under a hot grill or in a dry pan. Then rub them with the garlic.
Just before serving, spoon a little tomato mixture onto the bruschetta and garnish with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese. Serve these snacks cold.
